On behalf of everyone here at The Refinishing Touch, we would like to congratulate Hilton Worldwide and its premier brands for receiving the highest ranking in the 18th annual J.D. Power 2014 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction study.
The study, now in its 18th year, is based on responses gathered in the previous year from more than 67,000 guests. It measures seven key factors to determine overall satisfaction: reservation; check-in/check-out; guest room; food and beverage; hotel services; hotel facilities; and costs and fees. The Hilton Garden Inn received its 10th award since J.D. Power began its study, whilst Homewood Suites by Hilton proudly collected its 11th.
Over the years our team has worked closely with many hotels under the Hilton umbrella providing brands such as the Hilton Garden Inn, DoubleTree, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn with furniture asset management services that have cut costs, reduced downtime and lowered carbon footprints. Through our refinishing, reupholstery and remanufacturing projects within these establishments, we’ve come to know the brand as a hard-working and environmentally-conscious powerhouse.
Both hotels should be proud of receiving such a prestigious award. We applaud efforts made by the Hilton group to ensure guest satisfaction and improve services across the board.
