A year ago, we excitedly announced that we’d officially been certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant holding certificate 588518. This certificate means that as a company, The Refinishing Touch has demonstrated the ability to consistently provide a product or service that meets customer, statutory and regulatory requirements, and that aims to continually enhance customer satisfaction through systems and processes.
At the year-end, we had proudly raised our ISO 9001 customer satisfaction rating to a 99.39% from 98.5%. Now, just within the first quarter of 2014, we’ve brought this up once more to a near-perfect 99.44%.
Last week we underwent our first full quality management assessment and are pleased to report that we passed with flying colors – not one mark was taken off the audit. We are so pleased to be bringing these strong marks with us into the new year and are consistently seeking new ways to best bring benefits our loyal client base.
